Booking Terms & Conditions
- Reservations & Payment
- A valid booking requires full guest details and confirmation of payment method.
- A deposit of 50% may be required to secure your reservation.
- Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours of arrival may incur a 50% charge.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full booking amount.
- Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 14:00
- Check-out: By 10:30
- Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.
- Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to respect lodge property, staff, and fellow guests.
- Smoking is prohibited inside rooms.
- Any damage caused may result in additional charges.
- Children & Extra Guests
- Children under 12 stay free when sharing with parents (limit applies).
- Extra beds or cots are available upon request, subject to availability.
- Maximum room occupancy must be observed.
- Liability
- Kylelikwe Park Lodges is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests are advised to secure valuables and travel with appropriate insurance.
- Privacy & Data Protection
- Guest information is used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
- We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.
- Force Majeure
- In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, Kylelikwe Park Lodges reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings without liability.
